We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) who takes our efforts with creators in the German market to the next level.

Your Personal Mission 
You will be responsible for various influencer partnerships, making sure the KPIs are met and guaranteeing overall performance. This includes finding and contacting influencers, negotiating, making sure the content is to our standards, and analyzing the important KPIs afterwards.

You will work in a team of experienced people, ready to share their knowledge with you, so that you and your influencers can perform optimally.
Your areas of responsibility
  • End-to-end responsibility for influencers partnerships across multiple platforms in the German market
  • Planning, executing and analyzing partnerships to support the teams goals
  • Creative assistance to the creators to ensure content quality
  • Managing approximately 50+ influencers simultaneously to ensure an increasing brand presence
  • Improving performance of partnerships by increased understanding of brand fit, KPIs to determine success before and after the publication and the effect of subjective topics like content quality
  • Being up to date with changes on platforms that have an impact on influencer marketing
  • Occasional travels to meet influencers and agents on location
Your profile
  • Initial working experience in a fast-paced environment such as online marketing or consulting and readiness to go the extra mile
  • Fast learner and will to master influencer marketing
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (C1)
  • Willing to lead negotiations and close deals effectively
  • Confidence in working effectively with increasing budgets
  • Ability to work independently, responsibly with strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Positive and proactive mindset, and a dynamic environment pushes you to your highest performance

Optional
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce, fashion or related industries
  • Strong understanding and usage of social media (YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, TikTok)
  • Any other languages such as Italian, Spanish, Dutch, or French

Hard Facts
  • Start of employment: May 2024
  • Working Hours: 20h / 30h / 38,5h
  • Salary(FT): For legal matters, we state that the minimum wage for this position is € 2.229 gross per month. Your actual wage depends on your professional experience and qualifications. We are open to overpayment for experience.
  • Duration: We are looking for a long term addition to our motivated team
  • Location: Our headquarters in Vienna, on a hybrid WFH basis
