We are looking for an influencer marketing specialist (m/f/d) who takes our efforts with creators in the French market to the next level.

Your areas of responsibility
  • End-to-end responsibility for cooperations with influencers across multiple platforms in the French market
  • Planning, executing and analyzing partnerships to support the teams goals
  • Creative assistance for the partners to ensure content quality
  • Building and managing approximately 50+ influencers simultaneously to ensure an increasing brand representation
  • Improving performance of partnerships by increased understanding of brand fit, KPIs to determine success before and after the publication and the effect of subjective topics like content quality
  • Being up to date with changes on platforms that have an impact on creator marketing
  • Workflow improvement and documentation to ensure effectiveness of the process and team learnings
Your profile
  • 2 years working experience in the field of influencer marketing, online marketing, or consulting
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills in English
  • Fluency in French and deep understanding of the French creator landscape
  • Confidence and quick in negotiations to find a win-win situation and close deals effectively
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty
  • Understanding of widely used KPIs and proficiency in Excel
  • Positive, proactive mindset and a dynamic environment pushes you to your highest performance
  • Data driven approach to find patterns of success in a complex environment
  • Ability to work independently, responsibly with strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Ideally basic understanding of e-commerce, fashion, or related industries

Hard Facts
  • Start of Employment: right away
  • Working Hours: 38,5h per week
  • Location: Remote work or Vienna
  • Salary: The base salary is € 2.200 gross per month with the possibility of overpayment depending on your personal work experience and qualifications.
