Your areas of responsibility

Jewelry Design

Concept, design and implement independently from the first idea to the launch of the product.

Category Strategy

Drive revenue growth by optimizing key features such as design trends, materials, and unique selling points tailored for men and women.
Use data-driven insights to prioritize impactful projects and innovate the product portfolio.
Ensure all products meet high standards of quality, usability, and marketability.

Supplier Management

Lead supplier relationships, emphasizing strong partnerships and leveraging their expertise in jewelry design to meet project goals efficiently.
Onboard new suppliers to meet quality standards, and manage OKRs, milestones, and calls to ensure alignment with ethical goals.

Product Launches

Plan and execute efficient product launches by combining creative innovation with structured project management.
Prioritize marketability to ensure products resonate strongly with customers and incremental revenue.
Foster seamless collaboration between creative and operational teams to deliver high-quality results.

Collaboration

Partner with marketing, procurement, and quality teams for smooth launches.
Lead product briefings and evaluations to improve future developments and upgrade existing products.

Team Leadership

Mentor and guide a small team, balancing creativity and efficiency.
Align tasks with high-impact goals.

Your profile

3–5 years in a similar role or as a Senior Designer with direct experience in designing or managing jewelry collections.
Strong project management and analytical skills.
Proficient in CAD, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and hand sketching.
Excellent English; German is a plus.
Passionate about jewelry design, fashion, and natural materials, with a deep understanding of customer preferences in this segment.

Salary: The salary for this position is between € 42.000-€ 53.000 gross per year. However, your actual wage depends on your professional experience and qualifications. We are open to overpayment for experience.
