Your areas of responsibility
  • Analyze first-party data to identify trends, customer behaviors, and opportunities for growth, with a strong focus on existing customers and CRM strategies.
  • Deduct clear, actionable measures from data insights to optimize marketing and customer retention efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the end-to-end customer journey and lifecycle marketing.
  • Plan, launch, and monitor targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Track key performance metrics and develop data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Create and manage customer segments to enable personalized marketing and loyalty strategies.
Your profile
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to optimize targeted marketing campaigns
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English

  • Salary: The salary for this position is between € 1.300 - € 1.800 gross. However, your actual wage depends on your professional experience and qualifications. We are open to overpayment for experience.
