As our new Supplier Quality Assurance you’ll take ownership of defining and maintaining our quality standards. You’ll work hands-on with products and suppliers to ensure that each design not only looks beautiful but stands the test of time. Your areas of responsibility
  • Define and optimize internal, external and component specific quality standards
  • Analyze product quality data and proactively suggest and implement improvements to reduce reclamation rate
  • Communicate with international suppliers to ensure production standards are met
  • Provide feedback and suggest manufacturing optimizations to partners
  • Perform structured product inspections and prepare clear quality reports
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams like Product Development, Customer Support, and Operations
  • Organize and lead quarterly supplier evaluations and follow-ups
  • Define testing methods for components (e.g. plating, movements, bonding)
  • Contribute to and lead quality-related OKRs (e.g. defect reduction, flawless product rate)
Your profile
Must-haves
  • At least 2 years of experience in quality management or a technical role
  • Clear technical understanding of accessories manufacturing or similar consumer goods
  • Familiarity with common defects and quality challenges in consumer goods
  • Structured and detail-oriented approach to inspection, reporting and quality standards definition
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Confident using Excel/Google Sheets and working with data
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Independent and proactive mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
Nice-to-haves
  • Experience working with ERP systems (Odoo is a plus)
  • Familiarity with ISO standards or quality certifications
  • German language skills

  • Salary: The salary for this position starts at 2.800€. However, your actual wage depends on your professional experience and qualifications. We are open to overpayment for experience.
