Are you passionate about product quality and eager to make a lasting impact? As our Quality Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest quality standards for our unique products. You’ll work closely with partners, analyze product quality, and drive improvements. If you have experience in quality management for fashion accessories and strong technical knowledge of watch components, we want to hear from you!
Your areas of responsibility
Establish and improve quality standards for all product categories, with a primary focus on watches
Optimize existing quality management processes
Manage partner relationships and communication with manufacturers
Conduct product analysis and generate partner reports
Proactively improve and implement product improvements
Provide feedback on the manufacturing processes of partners and suggest optimizations
Collaborate closely with internal departments to align quality goals
Prepare monthly and annual reports on product improvements
Organize and execute quarterly partner evaluations and calls
Define quality standards for components and testing methods (e.g., plating)
Lead and achieve quarterly and annual department goals (OKRs)
Your profile
You have strong technical knowledge of watches and their components with at least 2 years of hands-on experience
A technical degree or education in quality management provides the foundation for your expertise
Familiarity with ISO quality standards and certifications is a plus
Experience in other accessories such as jewelry and handbags is advantageous
You are proficient in ERP systems and comfortable working with data
Detail-oriented with a structured and analytical approach to quality processes
You have a keen eye for precision and can focus for long periods
Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently
Proficient in MS Excel and Google Suite
Strong communication skills, both with partners and internal teams
Effective time management and ability to handle multiple tasks

Salary: The salary for this position starts at 2.800€. However, your actual wage depends on your professional experience and qualifications. We are open to overpayment for experience.
