We are looking for a Jewellery Product Developer with proven experience and a passion for design and innovation, to help us expand our jewellery collections and bring new stories to life. If you have a sharp eye for what’s next in jewellery, strong organizational skills and the ability to bring ideas to life through strong supplier collaboration, this role could be your next adventure.

As a key player in shaping future collections, you will be responsible for taking ideas from concept to production. You will ensure each piece reflects our brand's essence: natural beauty, authenticity and lasting value, while expanding our jewellery collections and bringing new stories to life.

Your areas of responsibility

Research trends to identify new opportunities for Holzkern collections and translate into compelling business cases
Translate trend insights into clear product development briefs that align with our brand identity
Build and nurture strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners, ensuring smooth collaboration
Facilitate effective internal communication and become a trusted partner for all product related questions
Oversee the development process from concept to finished product, balancing creativity, feasibility and cost efficiency
Monitor product quality and resolve any challenges during sampling and production
Keep track of all product specifications, costings and timelines, ensuring deadlines are met

Your profile

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in jewellery product development, production or related field
Strong technical knowledge of jewellery manufacturing processes, materials and finishes
Strong organizational and project management skills to oversee multiple product timelines
Eye for detail, creativity and passion for design, innovation within the fashion and jewellery industry
Knowledge of market trends and customer preferences in the jewellery sector
Ability to work independently within a project driven environment while coping time pressure and priorities
Excellent communication and negotiations skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners
Detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
Fluent in English, any other language is a bonus

Contract: Fixed-term until March 2026 (extension possible).
Workplace: Hybrid (Holzkern HQ in Vienna and home office)
Salary: The salary for this position starts at € 2.800,- per month. Your actual pay will depend on experience and qualifications – we are happy to offer more for exceptional candidates.
