For our international marketing team we are looking for an experienced and responsible colleague for the role of Performance Marketing Manager.

Your areas of responsibility

Lead, develop and implement growth strategies and projects
Create, implement and manage multiple user acquisition experiments & channels
Streamline and scale the acquisition and conversion funnels on different channels
Develop and work on an effective and disruptive communication strategies
Work with all available data sources to analyze and implement ways on maximizing potential of of both organic and paid channels to deliver highest ROI

Your profile

Working experience in a fast-paced environment such as online marketing or consulting and willingness to go the extra mile
Always up to date with the latest new online marketing trends and are how to master the details of performance management
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to recognize and solve conflicts with a positive mindset
Absolute expert in performance marketing KPIs and proficient skills with state of the art AI tools
Positive, proactive sentiment, dynamic environments push you to your highest performance
Ability to work independently and responsibly with a strong analytical and quantitative mindset

Salary (FT): The salary for this position is € 50.000 gross per year. Your actual wage depends on your professional experience and qualifications.
Location: Our headquarters in Vienna, on a hybrid WFH basis
