For our international Performance Marketing team, we are looking for a CRM Specialist (f/m/d) with a strong hands-on and ownership mindset.

Your areas of responsibility

Build inspiring customer journeys that enhance customer loyalty and drive long-term retention.
Own and strategically develop our newsletter channel, from ideation and planning to execution, analysis, and continuous optimization.
Design, implement, and optimize email automations with a clear focus on improving core CRM KPIs.
Lead A/B testing strategies, deriving actionable learnings and translating insights into scalable improvements.
Build and refine advanced customer segmentation models based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and individual preferences.
Analyze CRM and first-party data to identify emerging trends, growth opportunities, and optimization potential.
Provide clear, data-driven recommendations to continuously improve CRM and retention strategies.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize the end-to-end customer journey and bring strategic initiatives to life.

Your profile

Proven professional experience in Email Marketing and Content Marketing overall.
Excellent communication skills in German (business fluent, C2 level) and English (proficient, minimum C1 level). Additional languages are a plus.
Technical proficiency with CRM and email marketing tools such as Klaviyo, Netcore, Brevo or comparable platforms.
Strong analytical, strategic, and organizational skills, with the ability to work confidently with analytics tools and interpret data.
Adaptable and tech-savvy, with a proactive approach to using AI tools to increase efficiency and maximize leverage in daily work.
