For our Visual Content team, we are looking for a motivated Junior Graphic Designer (part-time) who wants to grow into a system-driven, high-impact design role.

Do we have your attention?
Your areas of responsibility
- Create campaign and social media assets (static & motion)
- Build consistent asset sets across different formats and channels
- Apply predefined visual frameworks (templates, layout systems)
- Iterate and improving assets based on feedback and performance
- Contribute to the development of scalable creative production
Your profile
- Solid understanding of graphic design fundamentals (typography, composition, hierarchy)
- Ability to work structured and within defined systems
- Strong eye for detail and visual consistency
- Confident use of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects basics)
- Proactive mindset and willingness to improve fast through feedback
- Solid German and English skills
- Experience with social ads / performance creatives
- Motion design skills
- Experience with templates or design systems (e.g. Figma)
