For our international marketing team we are looking for an experienced and responsible colleague for part-time or full-time employment to further expand our key marketing channels (at least 30 hours). 

Your areas of responsibility
  • Lead, develop and implement growth strategies and projects
  • Create,  implement and manage multiple user acquisition experiments & channels
  • Streamline  and scale the acquisition and conversion funnels on different channels
  • Develop and work on an effective and disruptive communication strategies 
  • Work with all available data sources to analyze and implement ways on maximizing potential of of both organic and paid channels to deliver highest ROI
Your profile
  • Working experience in a fast-paced environment such as online marketing or consulting and willingness to go the extra mile
  • Always up to date with the latest new online marketing trends and are how to master the details of performance management
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to recognize and solve conflicts with a positive mindset
  • Understanding of  the most important performance marketing KPIs and proficient skills in Word, Excel & Powerpoint
  • Positive, proactive sentiment, dynamic environments push you to your highest performance
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly with a strong analytical and quantitative mindset

Hard Facts
  • Start of Employment: immediately
  • Working Hours: minimum 30h per week
  • Salary: The Austrian collective agreement dotes this position at min. 1.896€ gross per month on a full time basis, without taking previous employment into account. Your actual salary depends on your personal work experience and qualifications and ranges from €2.250 to €3.500 gross per month on a full-time basis.
